I heard about Green Barley for quite some time but didn’t try it because I thought it’s just another hype that promises to cure all illnesses. But a co-parent from Gwen’s school convinced me to try and see the benefits of Green Barley juice to Gwen.

Gwen is taking 15 ml of Green Barley juice and just 1 tablet of Ceelin for her vitamin C. No multivitamins as I let the Green Barley does its job. Gwen had a hard time adjusting with the flavor of barley though, sometimes I mix it with her juice. The bottle I got has a Tropical Fruit flavor but I read online that they have different flavors like choco, etc.
After a week of not taking multivitamins and just Green Barley and vitamin C, we noticed a slight increase on Gwen’s appetite. She drinks milk more often too.
