We always encourage Gwen to do more outdoor play. Being active is also good for the kids, physically and socially, because they get to play with other kids. One of the things we’re really grateful since we lived here in Cavite is that Gwen have plenty of outdoor space to run around and play. There’s the playground, hello monkey bars, see-saw, and slide. And then there’s the clubhouse and basketball court for more space if she likes to ride her bike or go rollerblading. These past months, she’s into practicing with her rollerblades, inspired by the movie Mighty Ducks which is on the loop since December haha…
There was one weekend when Jeff and Gwen started in the morning, came back for lunch and then went out again to rollerblade and voila, in just 1 day, Gwen knew how to balance, run and stop on her rollerblades.
Ooooops, part of playing is that your kids will stumble, fall, roll, and drop. Just make sure that they wear knee and elbow pads for protection.
One time, our neighbor asked me if I also wash the knee and elbow pads after every use. I said we wash them to remove the sweat. Her pads are made of stretchy fabric and that’s why sweat clings to it. Do you know my secret aside from washing her clothes and accessories after playing? I also use Downy Sunrise Fresh. With our clothes (Jeff’s and my clothes), I use Downy Parfum, but for Gwen, I like the more playful and fresh smell of Sunrise Fresh. I always tell her yaya to use Downy Sunrise Fresh to Gwen’s PE and girl scout uniform because she sweats a lot during those days.
Mommies, I will let you in on a little secret! Downy has perfume micro-capsules deposited in the fabric when you use them on your last rinse. So when your kids wear their PE uniform and goes running and does physical activities, they rub their clothes more and more. Because of this rubbing, the perfume micro capsule will burst and will release perfume oils. So even if they sweat, pagbalik sa classroom at pagsakay sa school service, kids are still fresh smelling. Hindi halatang PE day nila :p.

Outdoor play one thing that my kids kinda miss because we live here in the Metro. It’s not safe to play outdoors lalo na’t gilid ng kalsada lang bahay namin, unless dadalhin sila sa parks and playgrounds. When we visited QC Memorial Center last week, the kids enjoyed. Kaya sa summer mag-playground hopping kami kahit dito lang sa malalapit like Ayala Triangle Gardens, Luneta Park, etc.

I always love downy scent especially my kids are so hyper active in school or play but im hook now on the sweetheart scent but i will try this scent too, it really helps a lot when i use downy,clothes are much easier to iron and i know my kids remember me when they smell their clothes..

We use Downy din. Kasi bukod sa amoy fresh mga damit, ung mga bata na kahit saan saan tumatakbo at napadpad galing sa school, mabango pa din pag uwi. Ayaw na ayaw kasi ni mama ang mga batang mabaho dahil sa amoy pawis, kaya Downy talaga gamit namin kasi it lasts whole day.
I use Downy Sunrise Fresh lalo na sa clothes ng eldest ko. Napaka hyper nya na bata kaya perfect sa kanya kasi mabilis sya pagpawisan. Tska he menntioned before na lage na daw sya tinatabihan ng crushie nya kasi super bango nya na daw.

We are currently using Downy Mystique though if naubusan, I also have Downy Sunshine Fresh in stock. Gusto ko talaga ang scent ng Downy. Hindi masakit sa ilong. At kahit na pawisin ang mga anak ko, they are still fresh-smelling.

Ito din ang fave variant ko ng Downy aside sa Passion, kasi yung smell nya talagang tumatagal buong araw, and even before ko sya labhan if I rub the clothes it still smells mabango. Kaya naman kahit mg try ako ng ibang fabric conditioner bumabalik balik parin ako sa Downy kasi tlgang subok na ang quality ang abot kaya ang presyo. I always use downy coz long lasting tlga yung scent.no need na magperfume. If ever mgpeperfume, prang.ine.enchance nia pa ang scent. I dont know if sa iba.gnito dn kasi yan yung npansin ko. I get a lot of feedbacks sa offcemates and clients ko. Always fresh daw amoy and they ask me ano daw perfume ko.lol so i tell them downy or some days na ngpeperfume ako snasabi ko dn perfume ko plus downy. Talagang maganda po sa bata ang maglaro at makipaglaro sa ibang mga bata kasi matututo sila makisama at makipagkaibigan. Kaya ako pabaya ko din ang mga anak ko :).

I knew about the Downy Sweetheart because there was a time I visit my auntie’s house and cousin is there playing around when he get tired he sit beside me there is where I smelled his clothes and asked my aunt what did she used and she said its downy sweetheart. We always use Downy to make our clothes smell fresh all the time. I used to prefer Downy Antibac variant but now, I love the smell of Downy Passion (the smell can really last long). I also use Downy to make our place smell good, I just mix it with water and spray all over our place or use it to mop the floor (it makes the floor shiny as well).
Since my son is so makulet and pawisan I change my fabcon to downy garden bloom. I really love the smell of garden bloom kahit na all-day nasa arawan, paguwi ng bebeboy ko, he smells fresh pa din. Ang sarap pa ding ihug and kiss. Proven-and-tested na kung baga. Kaya nga I make sure na whenever we do grocery meron at merong downy sa shopping cart namin and my son will always get it na on the shelf talaga. Hihihi.
