At 11 months, Gwen is about 8 or 9 kilos already. Carrying her to the mall using the baby carrier is too hard. Plus the fact that our carrier doesn’t have proper weight distribution. A baby stroller is now our option so that we can move and shop around without the weight. The stroller that my brother gave me is too bulky and heavy. We want a lightweight umbrella stroller only that’s not too spacious when folded.
We checked out some umbrella strollers at Baby Company SM Megamall and found two that we like… And Gwen’s pretty comfortable with them too…
Cosco umbrella stroller, this one is cheap at around Php 1,000+
Cosco umbrella stroller, a house brand of SM, is like the size of two umbrellas when folded. It’s also lightweight because it’s made of aluminum.
Goodbaby lightweight stroller
I like this one more, and it’s ORANGE and POLKA DOTS! But it’s bulkier than the Cosco when folded. I also like it’s harness, gives more security for the baby.
We’re postponing on buying one after Christmas though, Santa might be reading this and will send one of his reindeers or elves carrying this. *winks*

The Cosco one looks a little scary because the joints aren’t covered (the ones near the wheels). Baby Gwen’s skin might get caught in them.
