Let’s talk about our health and one common infection that affects us, UTI. Women are more prone to Urinary Tract Infection or UTI. This is because the female’s urethra is shorter hence the bacteria can reach the bladder easily. UTI occurs when bacteria enters the urinary tract through the urethra, the tube that connects the urinary bladder to the genitals and transports and discharges urine outside the body.
Some women must be extra vigilant and should take extra precaution if they are pregnant, sexually active, or at a menopausal stage.

Happy 2017! I miss you mommies, I thought I will be able to blog during the holiday break but Gwen’s yaya also took a vacation for 2 weeks so I always have zero energy and time to blog. But no regrets, because being yayaless is sometimes a blessing, we get to spend more time with Gwen.
I have so many personal stories to tell you about how our 2016 went. It’s the most eventful year of my life, it’s one hell of a roller coaster ride that Jeff and I were lucky we came out alive, and stronger!

We went to Sky Ranch Tagaytay December 2015 last year. Ako na talaga ang best in late post haha! We went on a beach camping (check out this guide: https://www.globosurfer.com/beach-camping-essential-guide/) trip in Burot Beach, Calatagan, Batangas and stayed in Tagaytay for a night before we head to Manila. We spent the night in Elegant Star Apartelle and the next morning after check out, we headed to Sky Ranch Tagaytay to grant the little girl’s wish.

I learned a new hybrid word today, it’s called Framily. If there’s a Frenemy, which we all don’t want to have, then Framily is the exact opposite. It’s when your friends became your family. We can meet a lot of friends throughout the years but there can only be a few that you can call friends for life… BFFs… framily!
Having said that, I would like you to meet my framily. We’ve been friends since 2nd year high school and you know what they say? That your high school friends will be your friends for life. We came from an all-girls Catholic school and we really grew up as sisters. After 2 decades and we’re still here, I’d say it’s really true.

Ever since I discovered Groupons, I’ve bookmarked their site so that I won’t miss exciting deals and promos. I love the discounted offers on restaurants, hotels, beauty services, and many more. Just when I though that it can’t get any better, Groupon also has Groupon coupons. Couponing is slowly becoming popular here in the Philippines, if you’re not familiar with this, it’s just a site that shows all the coupons or promo codes of a particular shop. So whenever you want to shop, just check Groupon first for coupons that you can use, then just click the link to redirect you.
I consider it as an advantage because with the dozen of online shopping sites, I won’t be able to keep track of their latest promotions. With Groupon, I will never miss out on the sale so that means more savings for me.
Take for example Kenneth Cole, I learned about the CYBER code on Groupon which gives 40% off sitewide, wow!!!
