It was my first time to do grocery shopping at Super8 Grocery Warehouse. I went to the Super 8 branch in Molino Boulevard in Cavite to have a sneak peek on what will go on sale at the Super8 Funfest 2018 happening on April 26 to April 28, 2018. For first-timers like me, the branch manager explained to me that Super8 Funfest is their annual Malaking Tipid event wherein they have discounted items, games, raffles, and freebies from their partner booths.

I was fascinated with the outer space since I was a kid, I always watch the stars in awe and wonder what other things I can see in space. It’s not surprising that Gwen is also fascinated with the solar system too! She got really excited when I told her that The Mind Museum launched an exhibition, Space Adventure: Journey to the Wonders of the Universe. This exhibition is in partnership with Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Neltex, and LEGO.

Before I was not aware about depression and the problems that came with it. I even used the word loosely whenever I’m sad or to describe someone who is in a bad mood or sad. But after I gave birth and experienced slight post-partum depression wherein I cried for no reason at all, basta bigla na lang akong nalungkot at natakot, I realized that depression is not a joke.

It’s the last day of school for Gwen and we are just waiting for the exact date of their Recognition day. Next week, she already told me that she will swim and swim up to sawa in the clubhouse pool. Ok naman yun, pero kamusta ang kulay di ba hehe… And I’m pretty sure after a week of swimming, I will hear her say, “Mommy, I’m bored!”.
That’s why I compiled again a list of 2018 summer workshops and classes for kids. I noticed that there are more centers/schools that offers summer/review classes this summer. I included them but I still think summer is not for academics but more on sports, socialization, and nurturing their other talents like singing, dancing, etc.
Junior Zupervisor is the first ever internship program of KidZania Manila targeted for kids 9 to 17 years old. This is a 5-day program, what’s cool is that kids can get to play after their “work shift”. Internship period has 2 batches: June 19-23, 2018 and July 3-6, 2018.
