Gwen is already 7 months and she’s still not crawling. But reading from Baby Center, I should not get worried. And I know that each babies are unique and they achieve their milestones at different times. I’m just pressured and quite excited for her to crawl because my friend’s daughter is already crawling at 6 months!

Her yaya said that Gwen maybe will not crawl at all and just eventually stand and walk. That’s possible because she can already sit unsupported for a limited time. She can bounce at my lap too which I find tiring.
Aaah, milestones! It’s so exciting to unravel baby’s new tricks everyday.
It’s exciting to watch out for new things that a baby can do! Always a surprise 🙂
once she gets to crawl you’ll complain at how fast she could and next, she’d eventually try to climb up anywhere she feels like:))) it’s really fun to see then unfold each day, it’s really worth it.
no worries Badet, she eventually will at her own time. my friend here encouraged me to let SooAe do what she wanted to do by the time she was able to roll over on her own. sabi nya kase, lagi lang nya pinapaupo, strapped, baby nya noon. late ang milestones ng baby nya. pero sunod sunod naman. like nakatayo and lakad din kaagad. kung kasama ko din (Korean) MIL ko, baka late ang development ni SooAe coz she would always comment that it’s not good to do this and that with the baby. when we visit her, she’d scold sooAe for rolling over or for sucking her thumb. things like that. most of Sooae’s playmates here that are 2 or 3 months older are the same, sobrang babyng baby. di pa nagc crawl or tumatayo because they’re always being held, made to just sit, strapped, or stay in their walkers…
as for sooAe, i encourage her to do things. i introduce her to new things. when i started pulling her up to a sitting position, ayun,she started working on how she could sit on her own. after a month, i tried pulling her up from sitting to standing position and since then she’s been trying to really stand up…
nothing to worry mommy. my babe started crawling at nine and standing at ten but he ain’t walking yet. tamad sha. lol 🙂 once your babe starts crawling, sunod sunod na yun. 🙂
