How to protect your family against germs?

Now that we are living through tough times because of COVID-19, we must always be on guard against germs. Germs have different types, bacteria, viruses, and fungi, are the most common ones but they all have a common denominator, they all make us sick and some germs also make us stink.

Ayaw nating magkasakit lalo na sa panahon ngayon. As mothers, it is our role to protect our family against illness. Kaya naman I listed below some of the things you can do to protect your family against germs.

Proper hand washing

Frequent and proper hand washing is the most effective way to get rid of germs. Every time we touch on surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, utensils, remember to wash your hands. If soap and water is not available, alcohol or sanitizer works well too.

Wear mask

Viruses can be suspended in the air and you can contract it through droplets as with the case of COVID-19. So to provide a barrier against the virus, wear a mask, it’s best if it’s a surgical or N95 mask.

Keep a clean home

  21. I’m a downy anti-bac user eversince momsh. My kids are still young pa so I make sure na yung mga sinusuot nila is germ free. Para iwas sa virus at ibang mga sakitm

  22. Yes!We use downy especially dito sa benguet laging maulan kaya ilang araw bago matuyo ang mga kumot.Jeeps it mabango even 3 days na ulit ulit sampay pra matuyo.
