December is really the busiest month of the year. Reunions here and there, traffic everywhere, baptism, Christmas parties, etc. Everything is in a daze during this time of the year, that’s why others call it the “holidaze”. The next thing you know, it’s 2015.
But I’m not complaining about this season, oookaaay, except for the traffic.
So let’s see how this 1st week of December went by. At the office, we had a Dress Up Your Cubicle contest. It’s an annual thing with a different theme each year. For this year, you’ll be surprised at our theme…
Surprised? hahaha, kidding aside… I know it’s so 2013 but Frozen is here to stay. One thing I learned in this year’s contest, “Ang hirap palang maggupit ng snowflakes, sakit sa kamay!” But it was really fun, I don’t care if my team won, we had fun and that’s all that matters.
Speaking of parties, our Year End Party is drawing near and I still have nothing to wear. Well, I’m getting bigger and bigger each year that’s why I can’t wear last year’s costume/party dress. To avoid the dreaded holiday traffic, I resorted to online shopping (oh hello there!). One trusted site I go to for online shopping is Zalora. I love Z because of their returns policy. Luckily, I found a wide range of beautiful long dresses at Zalora that are perfect for parties, especially this one from Mango.
I love how flowy this dress is, but not the cleavage though. So I’m looking at Plains & Prints site for back-up, they have nice holiday dresses too.
On Christmas shopping, I haven’t started. As usual, I’m the crammer type, or the relaxed one who gives out presents on January, hehe.
So hello December, please don’t come by so swiftly, I want you to stay a little longer.
How’s your December mommies? What are you looking forward for this month? The shopping? puto bumbong at bibingka? Gift-wrapping?

Sayang was unable to join the MBP Christmas Party! It coincided with my kids’ dismissal time…

Yey! I’m not the only one who hasn’t started Christmas shopping yet. 😉 Cramming this year as my sched’s been all wonky. Good luck sa tin sa Christmas rush!

I like that long draped dress. I was actually looking for a formal dress for my friend’s wedding and searching at Zalora.

Like you, I haven’t done my Christmas shopping yet! I’ve mostly been busy putting up decors. Now that that’s finally done, maybe I can get on with other things like shopping. 🙂
