Who loves doing the grocery as much as I do? I think all moms love to shop except for the gastos part…. yung tipong ang konti-konti lang ng laman ng cart mo at puro chichirya pa pero 1,000 pesos na pala! Because of this, I try to buy all the things needed during the weekend, so that I don’t have to go to the grocery during weekdays. Making a list is very important so that I won’t miss out on something. However, when I have a 1st grader who eats all her stock of pambaon at home, I don’t have a choice but drop by the nearest supermarket before going home from work. I don’t usually go to this grocery that’s why I took my time to check out the aisles for some interesting finds.

I went to buy Gwen’s baon so off I went to the snacks section. Richeese Ahh, and rolls are Gwen’s favorite. Richoco Big Rolls are always sold out in most supermarkets so I was lucky to find them.
Some canned goods and sandwich spread also for Gwen’s baon. We like the Spam Turkey because it’s less salty.
Since only SM Supermarket carries Indomie Mi Goreng, I have to buy :p
While I was in the supermarket, may pahabol pang text si Ate Yong na wala na raw kaming Downy. She can’t do our laundry pag walang Downy, I think that’s where she gets her superpowers when she hand-washes our clothes. I also grabbed my shampoo and conditioner.
I was about to get our usual variant which is Downy Daring but this Downy Pink bottle is calling my name. I got curious, it’s a new variant from the Parfum Collection line called Downy Sweetheart pala. Judging from its name and color, I can sense that it’s more of a feminine scent, parang pang-millenial because of its pink color.
Na-excite nga si Ate Yong when she’s storing the groceries, ang bango daw! Anyway, here’s proof that she can’t do laundry without Downy. There was an instance that she just finished hanging our clothes to dry. But because it was a bipolar weather kind of day, umaaraw-umuulan, pinapasok muna namin yung mga damit pag umuulan. After a few minutes, ilalabas ulit namin because sun is out. It went on 3 times…. nung 4th time na, nagsawa na yata, she said:
“Okay lang yan maulanan Ate, naka-Downy naman yan eh”
Well, she really knows that Downy makes our clothes smell fresh and doesn’t have that amoy kulob.

Yup having a list of important things sa pag grogrocery is so important to us. Ganyan din po ako. Bago ako magpunta ng market i always sure na may lista or nakalista na ang lahat ng grocery na need ko for the whole month hehehe.
Anong name po nung downy? Now ko lang siya naheard pula kasi yung usually na ginagamit ko. Pero nang makita ko siya sa post mo nacurios ako 🙂 hehehe.
Dati hindi ako naglilista, pero dala na yata ng anesthesia pagkapanganak, ayun makakalimutin :p. Kaya may listahan na rin ako.

fave ko magshopping sa grocery! kesa sa mall hahahaha, as a Mom kasi tlga natutunan ko nang mag save ng money and tlgang bilhin lang ung needed, mostly needed and konting likes for my kids. I love to do laundry, metikolosa ako sa paglalaba lalo na sa amoy ng nilalabhan ko. I’m a downy user for 4 years na po, i really love the softness and bangong nagagawa nito sa mga nilalabhan ko! lalo na nung nagsilabasan ang Downy Perfumes! wow! super naadik ako kakalaba jphaaha, and ako tlga I don’t buy perfumes na sa sarili ko, sa downy na tlga ako hehe.. I like to try that new one ha! Sweetheart! bagay sakin 😊😊
Hindi na ako nag Downy lately. I love how our clothes smell with Downy. The problem is, parang it triggers allergy in our kids. So I stopped and they got better. Yon lang, we really have to use the spin dryer especially pag maulan.

SM supermarket always have that interesting grocery deals. I tried shopping laundry and bath products from Lazada, because of its super sale. Turns out they gave me expired laundry powde soap, my Pantene conditioner and shampoo, all expired.
So i never will never shop from Lazada for groceries or other consumables.. Whne its too good to be true the price, that’s the time you back off.
Downy pala dapat in our list of items to buy. May smaller size ba Downy?
When we are on the road, we mainly buy snacks which must include bread.

I love doing the grocery shopping, especially when I’m alone, I can literally stay in the supermarket for hours haha, feeling ko nsa Spa lang ako, so relaxing and I’m alone, un ung maganda dun. HAHA! I love my kids, but I need my quiet time in the supermarket! 😛

I’m interested in that Indomie Mi Goreng for my husband. He loves noodles and so we always have stock of different kinds at home. But I don’t think we’ve tried that one yet. Mukang yummy.

I can’t do laundry without Downy sis. You can use the Baby Gentle variant if the kids have sensitive skin, it’s dermatologically tested 🙂
