How’s your long weekend? We had a productive one, especially our Saturday. We usually spend half of our Saturday sleeping, we wake up late around 10 am. I’ll cook our brunch and then hang out in our room, play or watch videos, etc. But things will change a bit from now on, we’ll be starting our Saturday a bit early because Gwen is enrolled in ballet.
I owe you another story why she’s not going to school this year. I’ll make another personal post on that. But the reason why we signed her up in a ballet class is that para may activity pa rin sya and may interaction with other kids instead of staying at home. And guess what? She’s really enjoying it, at walang separation anxiety! Unlike when she was at Junior Kinder at school before. She’s excited and really looking forward going to her class every Saturday.
For those asking, the Ballet lesson is conducted by Dance Plus, it’s Php 800 per month plus uniform is Php 1,200. The lessons are held at my alma mater, La Consolacion College in Caloocan. It’s just a 1 hour class every Saturday. The teacher is really nice and knows how to encourage the kids. Anyway, it’s too early to tell if Gwen will learn how to dance but I love that she’s enjoying it.
After her class, we went to SM North Edsa to eat and buy some stuff. Gwen’s new yaya, Ate Yongyong, visited her relatives so it’s just the three of us.
It’s a 3-day sale pala at SM, I was able to buy some workout clothes at H&M, only to find out na mas mura pala sa Cotton On, grrrrr.
At the end of the day, here’s my little ballerina sitting sleeping in the car. :p
I hope you all get recharged for another work week mommies!

P.S. Weekends are love! Saturdays are for waking up late and Sundays are for waking up early. Haha. 🙂
