Diaper changing with a toddler is different than with a baby. When Gwen was less than 1 year old, she behaves well that’s why changing nappies was a breeze. It’s a different story by the time she turned 1 year old and up. It’s hard to keep her still, andyan yung nasisipa ka pa during nappy change, or worse having poop in your hands (oops sorry!). That’s why we shifted to a Huggies Dry Pants when I couldn’t handle her kalikutan.
You will really appreciate using Huggies Dry Pants especially when you change your kid’s diapers whenever you are out of the house like in malls or while on the road. I still feel iffy on using those diaper changing stations inside the toilets. With Dry Pants, I just let Gwen stand while I clean her and just slip on the nappies. Easy-palit talaga, I don’t even need the help of Ate Rose with this!
I’m so happy to receive a my stash of Huggies Dry Pants with a really cute crying/laughing doll last week. Although, Gwen is semi-potty trained now, we don’t use diapers during the day. I just let her wear diapers at nighttime or when we go out on long drives or to a place where I’m not sure if there’s a clean toilet.
Anyway, we really love what Huggies sent, especially the doll. Gwen pretended that it’s her baby. She played with it and learned to change its diapers.
Pwede nang mag-alaga!
