We all know that having our children vaccinated is a must for their protection against diseases, but it’s also a fact that completing that immunization chart costs an arm and a leg. I swear, when Gwen finished her series of “shots” when she was around 2 years old, I was relieved. Parang natapos na ako sa gastos. Coughing up 3,000-5,000 pesos every pedia visit is no joke. Now that Gwen is 4 years old, our pedia reminded us that it’s time for her booster shots especially the chicken pox since uso daw ngayon.

We paid Php 3,400 for her chicken pox booster at her pedia in St. Lukes. But I remembered that a friend told me about Jacob’s Ladder Immunization Center that offers cheaper vaccines. They said that vaccines at Jacob’s are 30% cheaper than the ones at the doctor’s clinic. In our case, when I compared the price, it’s around Php 1,000 cheaper. You don’t have to worry because there’s also a doctor that will administer the vaccine.

I’m having some problems with my kids’ vaccines. They haven’t updated since after 1 year old and I really feel that we should get to it. We were supposed to do it with their pedia in St.Luke’s but we never seem to find a good fit in the schedule. Jacob’s ladder is far, though, I wish they have one in BGC. We might just go to the health center for this

You should try vaccines offered by MAGSAYSAY MARITIME CORPORATION. Way cheaper than of Jacob’s. Cervarix is only Php 1,888 and Gardasil is only 3.400.00. Hepa B is 500 both adult and junior dose. And for their flu, it is only worth 500.00.
I just had my dengvaxia in their hub and have it for only 4,500. Dr price is 5000 above.
