Before I was not aware about depression and the problems that came with it. I even used the word loosely whenever I’m sad or to describe someone who is in a bad mood or sad. Distilling or extracting the different parts of plants such as the bark, leaves, flowers, roots or peels produce these essential oils. Essential oils are claimed to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. Some have soothing and relaxing effects. They can also be used as natural medicine, without the side effects. I was wrong, I learned that a nebulizer is a must in every household especially if you have kids. You can use it not only for asthma but also for bronchitis and allergies. So after the hospital visit, we immediately bought an Omron Nebulizer for Gwen.
