Time to adult today. One thing that’s mulling over us these past few years is migrating to another country. We wanted to have more opportunities for a brighter future for our family. Some of our college friends and their families are now living in Australia that’s why this is on top of our choices if our dream of moving comes true.

When you have a family, everything you do and every decision you make is for them and about them. Naturally, you wish all the best for them especially when it comes to the house where you will raise your children. You look for a good neighborhood and a pleasant overall environment where you will feel safe and happy. This is why as much as possible you wish to save money to buy a house in a good location for your family.

How are you mommies? I’m sure all of us have caught up with the #PapalVisitPH. Pope Francis really brought a miracle to this country. Aesthetically, as seen from FB feed, Manila is clean, parang Singapore daw. :). As a country, I’m so proud that people are disciplined, kahit nga yata walang barricades in Roxas Boulevard, people will still respect the distance set by the authorities just to secure Pope Francis. Nakakaproud because kaya naman pala nating mga Pinoy! Sana araw-araw ganito no? 🙂

We didn’t go out of the house though, we just watch Pope Francis and his activities on TV. I really love Pope Francis! One thing that struck me during his speech at MOA Arena is this:

I’d love to spend every waking day and witness every milestone with Gwen. But then again, there are realities I have to deal aside from financial reasons.

On life insurance

Is having a life insurance important? Absolutely, yes! Especially if you have a family who depends on you. On the first years at my work, two companies conducted a presentation about their product, guaranteed life insurance and how important it is to avail one while we’re still young. Because when starting early on, the premiums are lower. Think of it as a long term investment, it may be morbid to think of death but at least, you have something prepared for your family’s welfare.

I availed an insurance that allows me to invest too from Sunlife called Sunlife Flexilink. I’m not knowledgeable about stocks so I just trust my advisor from Sunlife. I hope more online earnings will come so that I can also have additional investments aside from paying just the premium.
