Few more weeks and it’s back to school again mommies! Nakapag-enroll na ba kayo? We’re done school hunting for my 1st grader and we chose her school already, enrollment na lang. After enrollment, the expenses never stop because it’s time to shop for new shoes, bags, and uniform. Malls will be crowded again with shoppers so I’m looking at other options a.k.a. online shopping.

I recently discovered that you can shop for Boardwalk items online. Boardwalk is a direct-selling company but you can also shop for fashion and lifestyle products online. They have products for men, women, and kids. I checked the Girls section and I’m so happy they have everything Gwen needs this school year, shoes, socks, big bags, etc. They also have a Back to School Shop & Win Promo where 1 online shopper can win a trip for 4 to Hong Kong Disneyland!

There are products that once you’ve tried it, you’re hooked and there’s no turning back. That’s how I feel about Belo Baby since I was introduced to their Hair & Body Wash, Face & Body Lotion, and Bar Soap. My whole family is more than satisfied that’s why we always stock on them whenever we do the grocery. When I first received an email from them for a collaboration, I suddenly remembered that I encountered this brand 7 years ago when I was buying a Pregnancy Test Kit. In the Kitchen will be the category where I will post some of the recipes I cook for my family. I promise you these are super-duper easy recipes because I’m really not an expert in the kitchen plus the fact that I don’t want recipes with so many steps/how-tos. Just 4-6 instructions, anything more than that, I skip the page of my recipe book and look for simpler recipes. So newbies in the kitchen, I hope you’ll try my recipes or suggestions and let’s share kitchen secrets!

If you follow my recipes, you’ll know by now that I just make simple meals for my family using easy to find ingredients, basically one that can be found in your pantry too. I do whip up special dishes if there’s a celebration or occasion. Since Christmas and New Year is just a few winks away, it’s time to prepare something new, but still delicious.

Just in time for the holidays, this basket filled with Contadina pasta, tomato-sauces, and olive oil arrived.
