The new relationship between Arpa Industriale and Formica Group dates back to June 2019 with the acquisition of Formica Group by Broadview Holding B.V.. Since then, Formica Group has joined Arpa Industriale S.p.A., Trespa International B.V. and Westag & Getalit AG as part of Broadview’s family of businesses in the field of material technology.
