…for making The Misis Chronicles one of the finalists in the Nuffnang Asia-Pacific Blog Awards 2011 Best Parenting Blog category!

This is definitely a first for me, having been recognized in a certain field. I don’t even consider my blog as a parenting blog. Mainly because I’m a new parent, and I read a lot about parenting and motherhood too. I am no expert, I just write about my happiness, my struggles, new learnings and baby’s milestones.

I’m just one of those working mommies who juggles her time between family and career. I’m part of the mommy population who is so desperate to find that perfect yaya. I’m a stage mommy who got excited with my baby’s first solid food, first swimming in the beach, first syllables, etc…

All of these, I write from the heart. I shared (and ranted) to you because I know, there are some who can find comfort that there’s also someone going through the same thing.
